view of Lake Murray
A small study... I've done a couple of these. I'm always hoping to catch a light affect and familiarize myself with a location. Trying to be honest with the visual information in front of me, translating it accurately with out over or under embellishement.

So awesome man. Are you exclusivly doing oil now? When I saw that pack of camels I was like "Hmm, that's an interesting photograph" then I had to take a closer look! I was surely fooled. Have you ever done an murals or anything on a larger scale? I have have a friend who travels and paints murals on the sides of buildings. Pictures that make the building look like it's missing a wall and stuff. He works with a guy named John who actually lives in cali. Some big wig muralist. Anyway, huge ramble, good stuff, time to boogie!!
My favorite of these. I instantly recognized it before seeing the title. You did the subject justice.
Is this view from the channel (facing west)?
